APPLE CRANBERRY SANDWICH SPREAD
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Natural Apple Sauce
1 ˝ cups
whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup
minced Spanish onion
1 dash
salt
1 tsp.
dried thyme
1 tbsp.
chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve instead of mayonnaise as a spread on your favorite turkey sandwich or as a sauce on roasted chicken.
