1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Apple Sauce
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1/3 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine apple sauce and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Gently stir in nuts and cheese. Do not overmix.

Pour into greased 9" x 13" loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
