FRUITY PARFAITS

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Apple Sauce
2 cups lowfat fruit-flavored yogurt
˝ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups diced fresh fruit  

DIRECTIONS

Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into bottoms of four parfait glasses. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs over yogurt in each glass. Top crumbs with ¼ cup diced fruit. Top fruit with ¼ cup apple sauce.

Repeat layers. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings

200 calories; 2 g fat; 5 mg cholesterol; 100 mg sodium; 40 g carbohydrate; 2 g fiber; 5 g protein
