A New York Apple Country® Apple Sauce Recipe

APPLE SAUCE & SWEET POTATO STUFFING

2 1/4 cups Apple Sauce
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 1/2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Mash sweet potatoes and add all other ingredients. Mix well.

Fills a 5 pound chicken. For turkey, increase quantities accordingly.

Makes 5 servings
