APPLE SPICE SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
1  cup cooked orzo pasta, chilled
1  cup grated carrots
1  cup chopped broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup diced dried apples
1/2 cup walnut pieces, divided in half
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1  cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender container, coarsely chop fruit filling by pulsing several times; transfer to a medium mixing bowl.  Stir in pasta, carrots, broccoli, salt, dried apples, 1/4 cup walnuts, and cinnamon. Fold in sour cream.

Top with remaining walnuts.  Serve immediately.
