A New York Apple Country® Apple Sauce Recipe

APPLE CHEESECAKE PIE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Apple Sauce
1 graham cracker pie crust shell
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Beat cream cheese. Add sugar, apple sauce, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before serving.
