APPLE CHICKEN BAKE II

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Apple Sauce
4 chicken breasts – cut in half
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS

Split chicken breasts in half. Blend apple sauce with allspice, 1 teaspoon salt, flour, and catsup. Stir in celery and onion. Pour mixture into baking dish 13-1/4" x 8-1/2" x 1-3/4".

Dip chicken in evaporated milk and roll in crumbs seasoned with paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Arrange on top of apple sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
