Apple Fritters 2

A quick and easy apple fritter using canned apples.

Ingredients

For 12 Serving(s)

  • 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk together and stir into flour mixture. Fold in apple pie filling. Fry in 1/2 inch of hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture while still hot.
