Ingredients

- 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk together and stir into flour mixture. Fold in apple pie filling. Fry in 1/2 inch of hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture while still hot.
