- 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1 quart frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 package (12.3 oz.) frozen waffles
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. caramel topping
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. chopped pecans

Directions
- In food processor or blender container, coarsely chop fruit filling by pulsing several times; transfer to medium mixing bowl. Add yogurt and cinnamon; stir to combine.
- Pour onto plastic wrap lined 9×13-inch pan. Freeze 8 hours or overnight. Before serving, thaw 5 minutes at room temperature. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Toast waffles according to package directions. Place a waffle onto an individual serving plate and top with a slice of the frozen Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream mixture. Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with pecans.
